DONNA GIARDINO

Bride of Rocco. Was married once before, but due to a tragic Taxi accident, was widowed early. Rocco asked her to marry him when they first started dating and has again every anniversary since. Has a teenage daughter from her first husband, lives with Rocco & Rosa in the same building as Mama Romatelli.

ROCCO ROMATELLI

Neighborhood good guy. Works at the ChicagoTaxi & Limousine Company. Has been dating Donna for 15 years. Known to drop some cash on the ballgames. Has worked hard thinking up creative ways to ask Donna to marry him. He asks every year on their anniversary.

TAYLOR SIMON

Donna's gay best friend, and Rosa’s Godfather, he is the wedding planner and in charge of every little detail of the party today. He and Donna have been friends for 25 years and he, Lucia and Donna often go out and cause trouble together.

LUCIA THERESA RUSSO-SHAH-LOMBARDI-MARTINEZ-LEBOWITZ-SMITH

Maid of honor, friends with Donna since they were kids together in Oak Park. Divorced from 4 husbands and widowed by another, she might be looking for Mr. Right. Or maybe just Mr. Right Now.

MAMA MARIA ROMATELLI

Rocco's widowed Mother. Rocco is “her baby”. She is mostly deaf (or acts as tho she is) and often says the wrong thing at the wrong time. Born & Raised in Sicily, she is very involved in Father Zamboni’s church Our Lady of the Unclean, and attends services twice a week.

ROSA GIARDINO

Donna's teenage daughter, a sweet girl whose father died when she was a baby. All she knows is Rocco as a father figure and she thinks it’s about time they get married! She’s a good singer and is in the choir at Our Lady of the Unclean.

KRYSTAL CHAMBERS

Dispatcher and Administrative Assistant at the Chicago Taxi & Limo Company. Co-worker of Rocco & Steve.

STEVE "BOOM BOOM" ANGELILO

Rocco's best friend, he used to work at the Chicago Taxi & Limo Company with Rocco before leaving to take a job as a new car salesman.

FRANKIE FOCACCIA AND THE BEAT STREET BAND

The beat Street band is a local and regional band that Donna & Rocco and their friends like to go watch. Popular in Chicago & the suburbs, they are trying to get a foothold in the tri-state area.

MADAME ANGELICA

Donna & Mikey's mother, she is a television psychic advisor who has a show on cable. She raised her kids alone before moving to Atlanta, GA. Recently married.

VALENTINO

Madame Angelica's new (younger) husband and partner in her psychic advisor business. They recently returned from their honeymoon in Hawaii. Angelica believes he is the reincarnation of Rudolph Valentino

FATHER ANTHONY ZAMBONI

Parish Priest at Our Lady of the Unclean, he is the priest performing the service for Donna & Rocco today.

GINA POTATOES

Friend of Donna & Rocco who knows no strangers, she is the guy who can "get it for you" -whatever you need.

MIKEY GIARDINO

Donna's brother, recently a freedom fighter in Afghanistan, has been out of touch for the last five years. Where he's been, no one knows.

DeVILLE

Videographer and filmmaker. Known for horror and splatter films. Donna & Lucia found DeVille's artistic work on youtube and hired DeVille right on the spot. They didn't know much about DeVille....but Wow! See for yourself!
