The Youth Rally is a community for adolescents with diseases including Crohn's, Colitis, Bladder Exstrophy, Hirschsprung's, and Spina Bifida. Young people with diagnoses like these often feel alienated because they do not know anyone who shares their medical or emotional experiences. Young people learn independence, gain confidence, and find the understanding and the support they need through our annual summer camp. The emotional connections and relationships formed in our community are so important to its members that returning campers and counselors refer to the Rally not as a ''summer camp,'' but instead as their ''Rally Family''.

The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted and to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.

Spina Bifida literally means “split spine.” Spina Bifida happens when a baby is in the womb and the spinal column does not close all of the way. Every day, about eight babies born in the United States have Spina Bifida or a similar birth defect of the brain and spine. Since 1973, the Spina Bifida Association (SBA) has been the only voluntary health agency in the nation dedicated to preventing Spina Bifida in future generations and improving the quality of life life for those with Spina Bifida.
